This Policy does not apply to third-party platforms or to other platforms owned by a2MC on which this Policy is not posted.
Please take a few minutes to review this Policy and periodically review this Policy for any changes. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to this Policy, and this Policy may change from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should not use this Site.
Proper access and use of information provided on this Site is governed by our Terms of Use.
When you sign up to use a special feature of this Site, you may be asked to agree to special terms governing your use of the special feature. In such cases, you may be asked to expressly consent to the special terms, for example, by checking a box or clicking on a button marked “I agree.” This type of agreement is known as a “click-through” agreement. Information You Manually Provide. We collect the information you manually provide when you use our Site. Information collected may include information provided at the time you sign up for our newsletter, select coupons, make a purchase, fill in registration or sign up forms, or contact us. We collect records of your correspondence (including email addresses) if you contact us.
Information We Collect From Vendors & Third Parties. We collect information from our business partners, vendors, and third parties who provide Personal Information to us, as well as from social media sites and other publicly-available sources.
Information We Collect Automatically. We collect information automatically as you navigate through the Site, including cookies and similar technologies. Most websites use cookies and/or similar technologies to place information about a user’s visit to that website in a small data text file that is stored on the user’s device. Information we collect automatically may include your IP address, the identity of your Internet service provider, the name and version of your operating system, the name and version of your browser, the date and time of your visit, and the pages you visit. You may be able to limit automatic collection of information about you and your browsing activity by managing the settings on your browser or by accessing our cookie preference center, here. In general, we use cookies and other web technologies to:
• collect information about the ways visitors use our Site—which pages they visit, which links they use, and how long they stay on each page;
• support the features and functionality of our Site—for example, to save you the trouble of reentering information already in our database or to prompt the settings you established on previous visits; and
• personalize your experience when you use our Site, including by serving targeted advertisements.
More About IP Addresses. Your IP address is the identifier assigned to your particular computer when you access the Internet. Depending on how you connect to the Internet, your IP address may always be the same, or it may change each time you access the Internet. IP addresses do not include your name or email address, but they can be used to identify you. We may also tie this information to other Personal Information about you that we collect from other sources or that you provide to us, and we may also provide your IP address to our vendors who can use it to identify additional information. If we suspect inappropriate or criminal activity or a threat to our Site or their users, we may also share our server logs—which contain users’ IP addresses—with the appropriate investigative authorities, who could use that information to trace and identify individuals.
Information From Your Mobile or Tablet Device. If you access one of our websites through your mobile or tablet device, we may automatically collect certain information from or about your mobile or tablet device. The types of information we may collect include the type of device you use, your device’s unique ID, the IP address of your device, your device’s operating system, the type of mobile or tablet Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use our Site.
Geolocation Data. Using GPS technology, we may also collect precise, real-time location information from your mobile or tablet device and use that information to deliver tailored content through our mobile websites. Your mobile or tablet device may allow you to adjust your settings so that location information is not available to any mobile website or application. If you have questions about the security and privacy settings of your mobile or tablet device, please refer to instructions from your mobile service provider or the manufacturer of your device.

Effective Date: May 18th, 2026
This U.S. State Supplemental Privacy Policy ("Supplemental Policy") is provided by The a2 Milk Company (“a2MC” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and applies solely to Personal Information that we collect and use relating to individuals who reside in U.S. states with comprehensive privacy legislation that applies to us and to healthcare professionals and other business contacts with whom we interact in a commercial context who are residents of California ("you" or "consumer"). Please note that this Supplemental Policy does not apply to individuals with whom we interact in an employment-related context.

“Third Party” has the meanings afforded to it in the U.S. Privacy Laws.
To the extent other terms used in this Supplemental Policy are defined terms under the U.S. Privacy Laws, they shall have the meanings afforded to them in those statutes, whether or not capitalized herein. As there are some variations between such definitions in each of the U.S. Privacy Laws, the definitions applicable to you are those provided in the statute for the state in which you are a consumer. For example, if you are a California consumer, terms used in this Supplemental Policy that are defined terms in the CCPA shall have the meanings afforded to them in the CCPA as this Supplemental Policy applies to you.
